Sustainable Development Goal 2030

SDG Goal 2 and Non-Violence Peace Foundation's Work

Sustainable Development Goal 2 aims to end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture. At Non-Violence Peace Foundation Inc, we recognize the critical importance of achieving this goal and work towards creating a sustainable food system that ensures food security and promotes sustainable agriculture.

Our projects are aligned with SDG Goal 2 and focus on addressing the root causes of hunger and food insecurity. We promote sustainable farming practices that improve productivity, conserve natural resources, and protect the environment. We work towards creating a sustainable food system that ensures access to nutritious food for all.

In addition to SDG Goal 2, we also work towards achieving the following SDGs:

  • SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being - Our projects aim to promote healthy and nutritious diets and improve access to healthcare.

  • SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation - We promote sustainable farming practices that conserve water and protect water resources.

  • SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy - We promote the use of renewable energy in farming practices and food production.

  • SDG 13: Climate Action - Our projects aim to mitigate climate change by promoting sustainable farming practices and forest conservation.

  • SDG 14: Life Below Water - We promote sustainable fishing practices that protect marine biodiversity and ensure the sustainability of marine resources.

  • SDG 15: Life On Land - Our projects aim to promote forest conservation and restore degraded lands.

  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals - We work in partnership with local communities, governments, and organizations to achieve our goals.

Join us today to support our work towards achieving SDG Goal 2 and creating a sustainable food system that promotes food security and sustainable agriculture.

The Non-Violence Peace Foundation is dedicated to promoting peace and non-violence in communities around the world. As part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the foundation is committed to achieving the second goal of "Zero Hunger" by working towards Goals 16 and 17. Goal 16 focuses on promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, while Goal 17 aims to strengthen global partnerships for sustainable development.

The foundation believes that achieving these goals is essential to creating a world where everyone has access to the resources they need to live a healthy and fulfilling life. To this end, the foundation is seeking innovative action-based projects that can be implemented in different countries. These projects should be designed to promote peace and non-violence in communities, and should also help to address issues related to hunger and food insecurity. If you would like to join hands with the Non-Violence Peace Foundation, please reach out to us with your ideas and proposals for innovative projects in your country.
