Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world, with a population of over 270 million people. Despite being one of the fastest-growing economies in the world, Indonesia still faces significant challenges in achieving SDG Goal 2 of zero hunger. According to the Global Hunger Index (GHI) 2021 report, Indonesia ranked 70 out of 116 countries with a score of 14.2, which is classified as "moderate" hunger levels. The report also stated that 7.8 percent of the population is undernourished.
